The room where my procedure took place was next to a store room and the door was open where I could see a big mess: cleaning equipment and random things. Not a very pleasant sight. The facial was very painful and the staff did not mention this before - she should have explained the process to me. While doing my facial she was talking to her colleague, which I felt is unprofessional. If I am paying 90 euros, the service should feel somewhat luxurious but it was completely the opposite.

First time there; the staff was friendly and the lash tech is a pro :) I’m satisfied with the results!
